1. Download the APK and cache.
2. Install the APK, unpack the cache anywhere.
3. In the place where you unpacked the cache, there is 1 huge file with the extension .obb, add to its name.zip so that it becomes an archive.
4. Unpack this archive in sdcard/Android/data/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftWBHM/files, you should have several folders and files in the files folder.
5. Turn on the Internet, if you want to play without it, take this backup: WB v1.0.7 TB (ICS) apkmania.com.zip and with the help of Titanium Backup, you restore data
6. ENJOY!!!

Non-Root:
How to install (do everything exactly in order):
1) We put the APK from this post.
2)We transfer the OBB cache along the Android/obb path
3) The Internet will be required for the first launch. Also, the first launch will be quite long - don't worry, it should be.

Attention: Initially, the game is in Chinese. To fix this, in the very initial menu, go to settings (such a gear in the lower left corner of the screen) -> click the top right button and select the Russian flag.

Instructions for version 1.1.1:
1. Install the APK you need (for the offline version, the Internet is only needed for the first launch)
2. Copy the cache to sdcard/Android/data/ (It won't work with the old cache)
