Astigmatism is usually a consequence of the irregular shape of the cornea. The bowl problem is innate. Astigmatism can rarely be caused by chronic vigorous eye rubbing (for example, cases with children with allergic conjunctivitis) or corneal disease such as keratoconus.

Recommendations:
- Choose the most comfortable position for you and relax.
- Provide natural, warm lighting and make sure there are no glare on the phone screen.
- Wear glasses or contact lenses if you normally wear them.
- Position the phone at a distance of 30cm from your eyes.
- Close one of your eyes.
