The Prestigio MultiPad 4 PMP7110D is a simple seven–inch Internet tablet, which, however, compares favorably with many other tablets in that it has 3G. The screen resolution is 800 by 480 pixels. It works under the control of an older, but stably reliable version of Android 2.3 OS. It copes well with the basic functions, but it is hardly possible to play advanced games on it. The tablet is powered by an ARM CortexA8 processor with a clock frequency of 0.8 gigahertz. The amount of RAM is 512 megabytes.
