Widgets are icons with which you can open any application that it refers to with one touch of your finger, without a long search for the application in the main menu of the mobile device. The widget itself is not an application, so do not confuse them with this type of software. Widgets are designed to facilitate the work of the user of a mobile device, to speed up access to the most important programs.

Widgets can be placed on all desktops of a mobile device. The number of installed widgets is limited only by the number of desktops and their sizes. Any widget that is available in the menu of a mobile device can be placed on the desktop. To place the widget on the desktop, you need to touch the touch screen of a tablet computer or smartphone with a long touch. This will open a menu that will present all possible desktop operations that you can perform at the moment. You should select the widgets section. After selecting this section, the following menu will appear, which will present all the widgets that are on your mobile device.

Some widgets may be an addition to certain applications, while others may not carry any software function at all (for example, various emoticons). Several widgets can correspond to one application at the same time, which will differ in size and design. After studying the entire list of widgets, select the one that we need, add it to the desktop of the mobile device by clicking on it once. Some widgets require additional installations before installing on the desktop. This will be reported in the menu that appears when you click on the widget. If the widget does not require additional settings, then it is immediately installed on the desktop of the device.

If you are not satisfied with the place where the widget is placed, then you can change it to another one at any time. To do this, you need to make a long touch on the icon (click on the shortcut and hold) of the widget, and then move it to the part of the desktop where it will fit.

In a similar way, the widget is removed from the desktop. A long touch is made on it, after which the icon must be dragged to the trash, which appears at the bottom of the screen of the mobile device and thus removed from the desktop. Along with the widget, the settings that you made before installing it on the desktop are also deleted. The next time you add this widget from the menu, you will have to repeat the selection of additional settings.
