The EMIAS application allows you to:
- make an appointment with a doctor, including in the direction of;
- cancel recording;
- view doctor's appointments, referrals;
- remind about the recording.

Rules for the provision of the "Doctor's appointment" service to state healthcare institutions of the city of Moscow:
- Use of the service is voluntary. Applying for this service is a confirmation of your agreement with the rules for the provision of this service.
- "Make an appointment with a doctor" is available only to healthcare institutions in Moscow, where this service was connected as part of the implementation of EMIAS.
- The service is provided only if you have an OMC policy, provided that the policy is entered in the register of MG FOMS and its validity has not expired.
- When you first apply for the service, it is necessary to determine the polyclinic in which you will be served and attach the policy to it. The polyclinic is changed no more than once a year (except in cases of change of residence or place of residence of a citizen).
- Attachment means that your medical card has been opened in the polyclinic, and the residential address for calling a doctor at home has been clarified.
- The initial attachment to the polyclinic can be carried out through the Appointment Service to the doctors of the city of Moscow at +7 (495)539-30-00. After that, an appointment will be available.
- To confirm the initial attachment, you need to appear in person at the polyclinic's registry, having an OMC policy and a passport with you.
- At the first visit to the attachment clinic, the user needs to take into account the time for the registration of a medical card and come in advance, before the appointed time of the doctor's appointment.
- If you cannot come to the doctor at the specified time, you must cancel your appointment with the doctor in advance via the mobile app or by calling +7(495)539-30-00.
- If a patient has made an appointment with a doctor and has not come to an appointment more than 5 times a year, the service will be limited, and then the service will be provided only with a personal appearance at the polyclinic registry.
